Metodologia Business Model Generation

A Metodologia que será apresentada no treinamento do Campinas Inova 2011 permite a construção de protótipo de negócios em função de nove blocos considerados essenciais:

  • Segmentos de clientes;
  • Relacionamento com os clientes;
  • Canais de distribuição;
  • Proposição de valor;
  • Fontes de receitas;
  • Atividades chave;
  • Recursos chave;
  • Parceiros chave e
  • Estrutura de custo

Esta Metodologia se caracteriza pela rapidez na estruturação hipóteses e no teste das mesmas. Os negócios, principalmente, os de base tecnológica, apresentam alto nível de incerteza. Com a utilização de um método que permita aprendizado rápido, esse índice diminui.

Esta Metodologia foi aplicada no Workshop do Desafio Unicamp de inovação tecnológica, realizado em abril de 2011, com foco no setor acadêmico (alunos da Unicamp e de universidades da região). O sucesso do evento e demanda por novas edições foi subsídio para a adaptação de seu formato e conteúdo para o público empresarial.
